Microsoft Dynamics CRM Training for Power Users

microsoft dynamics crm training

Congratulations on your new Microsoft Dynamics CRM System! Or congratulations on the 5th anniversary of your Microsoft Dynamics CRM System! Now what?

If Dynamics CRM isn’t yielding all the benefits you expected or you’re doing mental gymnastics trying to tweak the solution to get it “just right”, you aren’t alone. I’ve worked with numerous customers that have felt stuck either not having enough knowledge about the CRM platform to manage it effectively or would simply like to have more control over configuration, without having to rely on consulting partners.

In the end, the  solution you deployed to become more effective at sales, marketing and service, can become an albatross, sometimes standing in the way of the very outcomes it was designed to support. With effective management Dynamics CRM should  propel sales forward and be a goldmine for customer insight.

So how do you turn this unfortunate situation around and shift into the driver’s seat, taking control of your Dynamics CRM journey, evolving the system to suit your needs as they change or become better understood?

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Training with Catapult

Whether you are an existing Catapult customer, you deployed your Microsoft Dynamics CRM system on your own or with a different partner, you likely aren’t aware of the latest capabilities, business process flows, reporting, sales force automation and marketing automation available with Microsoft Dynamics CRM today. And more than that, you likely don’t have the expertise to work with the tools to keep the system tailored to your needs.

While Catapult supports many customers’ by providing ongoing support and continuous improvement services for Dynamics CRM,  we think its important for customers to have a foundation of internal capability and self-reliance.

This is why we have launched a new course based on hands-on workshops for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Power Users starting Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Catapult’s head office in downtown Vancouver, BC (Gastown – 300-171 Water St.).
