Forrester recently published a review of some of the top CRM products currently available on the market. Among the enterprise CRM products reviewed was Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which Forrester said “shines with strong usability and compelling value.”
The research firm evaluated 18 of the top CRM applications, filtering them through 400 criteria. The goal was to help companies “make sense” of the rapidly growing CRM market and be able to make informed decisions about CRM purchases in the future. One of the areas of rapid growth was the cloud SaaS versions of CRM software.
Companies with more than 1,000 employees, the research found, would benefit from CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM. While Forrester’s reviews actually rank the CRM applications, it also offers the disclaimer that companies should not base their decisions on those rankings alone. Instead, they should take the total evaluations into account and use them as tools in the decision-making process.
Forrester is offering its full analysis spread across two reports: CRM Suites for Large Organizations and CRM Suites for Midsize Organizations. The first report ranked Microsoft Dynamics CRM as one of the Forrester Wave leaders for large organizations.
According to Forrester, many of the major CRM vendors have acquired smaller vendors, and as this consolidation occurs, the market has begun to stabilize. Now that the dust has settled a little, it has become clearer which vendors are the leaders in the CRM industry, and based on this research, Microsoft Dynamics CRM is among the best.
