On Friday October 24th , we hosted a group of customers at Microsoft in Vancouver for a preview of Dynamics CRM 2015. This release is the latest update to the product that is scheduled to arrive in December.
Built on a solid foundation provided by CRM 2013, this update will add enhancements to sales, marketing, and customer service functionality, and will also add features to facilitate marketing and sales team collaboration. While we did give a preview of the features in this post from Matt, we wanted to provide a more in-depth overview of what to expect in this release.
