SilverBirch Hotels and Resorts manages a large portfolio of branded and independent hotels across Canada, including global brands like Hilton, Marriott and Radisson. With expansion plans underway, SilverBirch determined that they had a need for a new, more robust ERP solution which led to their selection of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Following the Catapult lean deployment model, SilverBirch implemented a full financial solution as well as a consolidated payroll system which has increased efficiency significantly at both the corporate and individual hotel level. Building on the solid foundation provided by Dynamics NAV, SilverBirch also has plans to extend the platform to include business intelligence, asset management, and CRM in the future.
